About role:

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for sales? Tiare Consilium is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing professional to drive growth and expand our market reach. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, providing sales support, and contributing to overall business development. If you thrive on challenges and love to build successful teams, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify target customer segments and their investment preferences.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to develop effective marketing strategies.

Product Positioning and Messaging:

Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for mutual funds and PMS products.

Create marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and sales kits.

Field sales

Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new HNI and UHNWI clients within the assigned territory.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and referrals.

Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and closing techniques.

Brand Building:

Build and maintain a strong brand image for the company.

Develop and execute branding initiatives to increase brand awareness and recognition.

Sales Support:

Provide sales support to the sales team by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales proposals.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and follow-up.

Qualifications:-

Must have 2-3 years of experience in the same or related roles

Cleared NISM Level-V A (5A)

Strong understanding of Mutual Funds and PMS products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative and innovative mindset with a strong ability to develop marketing strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
